This policy explains how FMC — Find My Certificate collects, uses and protects information submitted through this website.
When you complete our eligibility assessment or contact form, or message us on WhatsApp or by phone, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, contact details, trade or industry, years of experience, and state. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment information on this website.
We use the information you provide to assess your likely RPL eligibility, to have an adviser follow up with you about your enquiry, and to connect you with a partner Registered Training Organisation (RTO) if you choose to proceed. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
If you proceed with an RPL assessment, we may share relevant information you provide with a partner RTO so they can carry out the formal competency assessment. We do not share your information with partner RTOs without your consent that this is part of progressing an RPL application.
