Can I get Certificate IV in Training and Assessment without going back to study?

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) allows your existing training & assessment experience to be assessed against the units that make up Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122), without needing to repeat classroom study you have effectively already learned on the job.

Who actually issues the qualification?

FMC is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). If your evidence is assessed as meeting the required units, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is issued by one of FMC's partner RTOs following a successful competency assessment.
