The QBCC licenses building and construction contractors across a wide range of trade and building classes in Queensland.

In Queensland, the QBCC sets its own licensing classes, experience and financial requirements. A nationally recognised qualification may form part of a QBCC licence application, but the QBCC makes the final licensing decision based on its current requirements.
